The reasoning, in order

Three changes to let the record do the selling.

  • Procurement teams checking a contractor should not click four pages to reach one building. The work is named and photographed — it just never appears as one body of work.

    Change: One register, filterable by sector, holds all thirteen projects with names, places and the firm's own photography — ready to scan before a tender.

  • Established 1973, with named work from Magheralin to Dundrum — the opening screen should put that record first.

    Change: Build on experience — the firm's own line — over the fifty-three-year figure and the six sectors they work across.

  • ISO 14001, Constructionline, SafeTCert, CEF and NHBC sit as footer logos, away from the project record and the number a buyer would dial.

    Change: Bring the marks up as the evidence a main contractor needs before inviting a tender, beside a clear enquiry route.

The mark and project photography — Saint Patrick's & Saint Ronan's in Magheralin and Rowallane Credit Union in Saintfield — are the firm's own. The patch map is a hand-drawn sketch of places named on their site; two completed projects without a named town stay on the register, not on the map. Accreditation weights name each mark's plain procurement role and claim nothing further.
